We offer on-site repair contracts at various levels of service from same day to next day response throughout the UK, which cover all travel, labour and parts.
AD HOC Repair
With engineers situated across the UK we are well placed to respond to your service needs from preventative repair calls to breakdown calls.
Workshop Repairs
Our workshop staff will prepare a no obligation quote for equipment sent back to our in-house repair facility. This service offers a more cost effective service for non critical equipment.
Print Heads
We supply a full range of both OEM original print heads and compatible equivalents.

Contract includes all travel, labour & parts.

Exclusions are consumable items such as labels & ribbons, & also printheads.

Printheads are fitted free of charge under the contract if purchased from us.

Parts that are damaged maliciously or by misuse are also chargeable.
