With no internal moving parts, the IT5800 can handle extreme temperature variations, dirt, dust, and moisture that can stress the average bar code reader - ideal for warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, and forklift applications.

Designed to improve worker productivity, the IT5800 allows the user the flexibility to read bar codes at ranges up to 82 inches (208cm), eliminating the need to stretch and bend. Powered by Hand Held Products' exclusive Adaptus™ Imaging Technology, the IT5800 reads and processes bar code data at 270 times per second and quickly and securely identifies poor quality symbols while delivering snappy performance. Backed by a solid three-year warranty, the IT5800 will help you get any challenging data collection job done quickly, efficiently, and reliably.
